Container gardening has a few benefits

Growing plants in pots have lots of advantages, especially if you are new to gardening.

Keeping things small-scale means you can grow into gardening without too much commitment (other than making sure your plants have the correct watering schedule).

Container gardening has a few benefits:

It is fairly low-maintenance. Focusing on finding the correct plants to plant in containers will be your first step. Once you have established the suitable plants, finding the right spot to place them will be your next task. Knowing what your plants prefer (like full-day sun, or semi-shade) will help determine where to put the pots.

Container plants are popular for renters. The big plus is that you can take your plants with you when you move. It is an easy way to update a garden without investing in it for the benefit of the owner. They are easier and quicker to take care of than a whole garden and easy to move to a different location.

They make great features in smaller spaces too - even if you do not have space for a large garden, plants in containers are a super-easy way to green up your space in an instant! Need some greenery? Easy, just tuck a potplant on your balcony, your front door or on a window sill.

We love adding potplants and containers to add and adjust the height of the garden layout as well as adding texture to the space - not only can we add shapes and colours in the choice of plants, but the designs of the actual pots give us a large and fun palette to work with!

TOP TIP: A note from those that know: In the gardening world this is often referred to as ‘right plant, right place’.
