What a great landlord if he invests a little more to ensure his tenants have a beautiful space to enjoy?
This is one of those special landlords! We were contacted to help establish greenery and functionality in this outdoor space. The brief was to keep it simple and easy to maintain. We achieved a low maintenance rental garden with the help of some good quality artificial lawn that immediately created a fresh and well-cared for look, a tiled patio, finished off with some low maintenance, high function plants.
The parameter looks great now, but will really come into its own as time goes by, creating a green wall, some additional privacy and height to this property.
Finishing touches of the tenant will make this framework become a home. We are convinced the space will be loved and enjoyed by anyone who rents and stays here.
Plants incorporated in the garden:
Trees: Conocarpus erectus var. sericeus
And the long grass added on the edges is pennisetum setaceum.
